What personal information we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors add a comment to this site, the data displayed in the comment form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user agent string that defines the browser, which helps to detect spam.

Gravatar may be provided with an anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) to determine if you use the service. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you are uploading images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download and view any location data from images on the site.

Contact forms

We use WPMUDEV contact forms, which store data locally and on servers in Germany.

Cookies

If you add a comment to our site, you can allow the storage of names, e-mail addresses and websites in cookies. In this way, we try to increase your comfort, when you write a new comment, you will not have to fill in this information again. These cookies will have a lifespan of one year.

If you visit our login page, we set temporary cookies to verify that your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be cancelled when the browser is closed.

When logging in, we will also set several cookies for storing your login data and for setting the screen display. Login cookies have a lifespan of two days and display settings cookies have a lifespan of one year. If you confirm the “Remember me” option, your login will take two weeks. If you log out of your account, login cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, another cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and simply indicates the ID of the post you just edited. It will expire after 1 day.

Embedded content from other sites

Posts on this site may contain embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if a visitor visited another website.

This website may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking from third parties and track your interaction with this embedded content, including tracking the interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We use basic analytics provided by Google Analytics.

Who we share your information with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be provided in the password reset email.

How long we keep your data

If you add a comment, the comment and its metadata will be kept indefinitely. The data is stored for the purpose of automatically recognizing and approving all subsequent comments, instead of holding them in the moderation queue.

For users who register on this site (if they have this option), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Webmasters can also view and edit this information.

What are your rights?

If you have an account on this site or have added comments here, you can request to receive an export file for the personal information we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request the removal of any personal information we hold about you. This option does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where do we send your data?

Visitor comments can be checked through an automated spam detection service that can be located abroad.

Your contact details

Contact details are stored in the contact form and stored on a local server in the Czech Republic and on servers in Germany.

Additional information

Personal data and websites are protected by the Defender program from WPMUDEV.

WPML uses cookies to identify the current language of the visitor, the last language visited and the language of the users who logged in.

As you use the plugin, WPML will share information about the site through the installer. No data from the user will be shared.

Really Simple SSL and Really Simple SSL add-ons do not process any personally identifiable information, so GDPR does not apply to these add-ons or their use on your site. You can find our privacy policy here.

What personal data do we collect and why?

When visitors or users submit the form, we obtain an IP address for spam protection. We also record an email address and may capture additional personal information contained in the fields of the form. These are fields filled in by the user. All information filled in the forms is collected and stored only for the purpose of communication and the provision of services. Data is not shared with other applications or programs. All data collected using user-filled forms can be deleted. You can write a request for deletion of data to linda@reactivetherapy.cz.

How long have we stored the data?

When visitors or users submit the form, we retain the data for 1 year. You can apply for deleting data by email

Third parties

We use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. You can find their privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en_US.

We use Akismet Spam to protect against spam. You can find their privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

We use Mailchimp to manage our list of subscribers. You can find their privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.

We collect information about commenters on sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. How much data we process depends on how the user sets up Akismet, but it is usually the IP address, user agent, referrer and page URL (along with other data provided directly by the commenter, such as name, username, email and comment alone).
